Does God Sleep? A Book About God’s Power teaches preschoolers that God is all-powerful and never needs rest like humans do.

Training Young Hearts Board Book Set

New City Catechism for Kids
The New City Catechism for Kids uses questions and answers to teach foundational Christian theology. The New City Catechism for Kids includes 52 simplified questions designed to teach children core gospel truths and help them understand who God is and what He has done. At the toddler and preschool age, this is simply laying down the tracks for further understanding. Are they going to understand everything right now? No. That is not the goal at this age. The goal in this age range is to build biblical literacy the through memorization, reinforce gospel truths systematically, and encourages meaningful family conversations. The best way to use this catechism at this age is to introduce one question every 1–2 weeks and practice during car rides or mealtimes - something you will be doing every day or nearly every day.
Bible
You need to be in the Word of God on a regular basis to be able to disciple your own children effectively. You can get any Bible, but I think these from Hosanna Revival are beautiful.
Preschool discipleship doesn’t require complicated lesson plans. With intentional resources and daily conversations, families can lay a strong spiritual foundation that shapes children for a lifetime of faith.
